MANUP is a non-denominational, Jesus-centered ministry founded in Austin, Texas.

For over a decade, we’ve been connecting men with God and other men through Bible

study groups, community events, weekend retreats, free online content, and pastoral care.

THE MANUP STORY

J. Huffman served as a Pastor for 20 years – but something was missing. Discussing this with a friend, J. heard the words that would change his path forever: “You need to MAN UP.” After spending time reflecting and focusing on personal growth, he felt called to connect with other men on a deeper level, and share how he learned to "MAN UP" in his own life; by not blaming others, taking personal responsibility, and asking for help. Little did he know that soon, thousands of men would be doing the same.

There are plenty of Bible study programs for men, but MANUP is unique.

Whether you join us in person or access our free content online, we provide the

wisdom and courage you need to lead yourself, your family, and your community.

Our content is completely free and is accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime on our website and mobile app. Our groups meet weekly with year round support for every member. Everyone is welcome at MANUP.

ACCESSIBLE

We create 30+ new, scripture-centered lessons every year, with practical ways to change your life for the better. Every Bible study series is written from the wisdom and experience of our founding Pastor, J. Huffman.

BIBLICAL

When we teach it’s as though we are speaking directly to you - because the Word of God is applicable in every context. Being part of MANUP means feeling seen, heard and understood on the deepest level.
